1065140 - Loop Mobile Client needs to report the Call initiation source, network type, login type and call duration

As a product manager I want to know daily the source of the initiated direct Loop calls. There are 3 different options or sources:

A) From the address book contact details as it's described in the US bug 1007933
B) From an entry in the Loop communication history (aka Call Log) as it's described in US bug 1007937.
C) From the Contact picker in the Loop application as it's described in the US bug 1007924

This will be using Telemetry.

Mark, we added more information to the currently existing report. We try to send this kind of report daily. I thought that it would be better to send everything within a single report instead of multiple reports per each kind of data.
