Description: When importing contacts from Facebook, the "import" button is found to the left of the header "Facebook Friends" and to the right of the X button. 

Repro Steps:
1: Update a Flame to 20140910000202
2: Open Contacts > Enable Facebook Sync Friends
3: Enter Facebook credentials
4: Tap on "Select all"

Actual:
The "import" button is found to the left of the header "Facebook Friends" and to the right of the X button.

Expected:
The header is consistant with all other headers; Import button is found on the top right corner of the screen.

This issue DOES repro on Flame 2.1(512mb), and Open C 2.1

Actual Result: The "import" button is found to the left of the header "Facebook Friends" and to the right of the X button.
