Details

This should look mostly like the merged doorhanger attached to the url bar that will be implemented in bug 1065959, but will contain all the devices shared with any tab.

In attachment 8485640 [details], see images 8 and 9.
The global "Stop sharing all devices" button will be implemented in a separate bug.

There are platform dependencies on having a list of all the streams currently shared and the associated hostnames.

We're no longer pursuing this UX.
macOS has an icon in the tray with a list of sites accessing WebRTC devices. Since Bug 1663784 Windows also has a tray icon for this. We only show the global WebRTC indicator on Linux currently, until we also have a tray icon there (Bug 1668358 blocks this).
