steps to reproduce: 1. Load https://marketplace.allizom.org/developers/app/fxpay/in-app-payments/in-app-products/ 2. Note that there are multiple in-app products which are anebled 3. Launch the FxPay app on your firefoxOS phone 4. Change the API to marketplace.allizom.org expected behavior: All enabled in-app products are listed within the product actual behavior: Only two apps are listed and one of them are disabled.

I tried to reproduce this with https://marketplace.allizom.org/developers/app/in-app-payments-test/in-app-payments/in-app-products/ I added Products for every Price point and all 19 products were listed within the app. https://pastebin.mozilla.org/6452366

this could have been a caching issue. We want requests to be cached so that our API does not get overloaded.
