Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:32.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/32.0 SeaMonkey/2.29
Build ID: 20140904220358

Steps to reproduce:

Open a long composer page, like 3 pages long. Use the slider scroll button. When you leave go of the button, the button is gone and does not come back for future use.

This also happens in the email accounts. If you have say 500 emails, once you use the scroll slider button on right side of window, it disappears after first use

Actual results:

Scroll Bar slider button disappears.

Expected results:

Should not disappear so you can move around in the document
DUP of Bug 1065455 - Scroll bar slider disappears
(& presumably there is some underlying core bug, elsewhere?)

Mail is affected, but I didn't see where Composer itself was?
Didn't see where Composer offered a zoom level change?
