After bug 1059286, clicking a failed job momentarily causes the "Failure summary is empty" message to appear on the failure summary tab, until the failure lines load. Commit ed738080ce45fbbf8b541f3e119fce439d5f39a8 shows the issues, whereas it's parent 84e35a01d7487ac59903ca1427acb885a78d7e7a does not.
