Steps to reproduce:

Repro frequency: 100%
1. Open the Video app.
2. Select recently recorded video.(Record video file is 3gp format)
3. Navigate the video timeline, by tapping or sliding the cursor to the right and left.
<ISSUE> 
When tapping the video timeline to the right part and left part, the video playing screen will break and be just like hair line.
* Occurring problems easily when using 3gp media format, and the rate occurring problems is lower when using MP4 media format.
