Description: When adding a contact as an ICE contact, the settings icon is present but does not open the settings page.
Repro Steps:
1: Update a Flame to 20140915000203
2: Open Contacts > Tap on Settings icon > Set ICE Contacts > Enable ICE Contact 1 > Select a contact
3: Tap on the Settings icon
Actual:
Tapping on the icon does nothing.
Expected:
Icon is not displayed or takes the user to Contact Settings when pressed.
