I suspect there are some bits of JS API missing for the shared memory types, ctypes comes to mind, there may be others.  Investigate and fix.

WONTFIX, because bug 1176214 removes SharedTypedArray in favor of TypedArray (and there will be some follow-up bugs filed for TypedArray on shared memory), and bug 1120837 handles SharedArrayBuffer.
