Steps to reproduce (with the screen reader):
* Open the Usage app (for the first time)
* Focus the screen reader on the next button
* Double tap to activate next button
** Expected: The screen transitions to next page and the screen reader focus switches to the new page's header
** Observed: The screen transitions to the next page but the screen reader focus stays where it used to be.

This issue will be resolved when view visibility is managed correctly.
