Details
Using 2001102603 on Win 2000. 1. Open mail 2. Go to Edit | Message Filters 3. Crash I will attach the stack next.

cc'd a bunch of engineers who have experience in xul, rdf, and filters. I didn't see anything in these areas get checked in last night. The crash happens every time for me.

Jag's recent checkin to nsRDFResource caused this crash. The call to do_CreateInstance is failing.
