Steps to reproduce:

I receive a warning before entering a site that popup blockers need to be disabled before entering.


Actual results:

The UI is the old yellow bar across the top of the window.


Expected results:

It should use the new doorhanger UI.

I just filed bug 1097629 about giving our notification bars the same attention that our panels have received. One result of this work *might* be to use doorhangers instead of a notification bar for popup notifications. It depends on the bigger picture though, so I'll wontfix this bug for now (with the possibility to reopen when it makes sense).
