Details 
Setting lockscreen passcode menu has floating selector handle on the screen (see attached).

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to settings -> Screen lock
2. Turn on Passcode lock
3. A floating selector handle appears

Expected: 
No selector handle should be present.
