there should be a close button on the tab bar like in opera (for example) to
simulate mdi apps.

I'm sorry, that should of read:
"Highlight tab, press CTRL-W."
As for Opera, I don't see a close button on Opera's tab bar?
Using 5.12
i mean like the mdi bar (not only in opera, but all [standard] mdi apps).
i got confused because the mozilla tabbar is in the same place (more or
less) as the mdi [menu] bar. what i want is another x on the left side that will
close the current tab.
or maybe for consistency, a button that you have to dbl click?
