At the moment Go -> Chat (cmd_chat) is a part of the mailGoMenuItems commandset, causing it to become disabled when you're switching tabs to for instance the Add-ons Manager or Troubleshooting Information.
It would be better if this command, which is not related to mail actions, would be in another commandset, so it wouldn't become disabled...

Yeah, I have the chat button on the tabbar to always see when new chats comes in and it would be really helpful if the chat button/menu would be always enabled to switch to chat also when on a calendar tab etc.
