Steps to reproduce:
If I enter a mail address in the form:
user@doma.in (FirstName LastName)
which is valid AFAIK
Actual results:
the address is converted to:
FirstName LastName <"user"@doma.in>
which is rejected by many mailsystems because of the quotation-marks
Expected results:
it should be converted to:
FirstName LastName <user@doma.in>
without the quotation-marks
That's probably another manifestation of bug 286760 and its variants.

bug 286760 seems to be rather old, this one is relatively new. I often use this kind of address and the errors started only a few weeks ago.
