Steps to reproduce:

Repro frequency: 100%
1. Open the Video app.
2. Select recently recorded video.(3gp file)
3. Tap the full screen button in the down right side of the preview screen
4. Tapping on right '...' button on top right of the full screen to open the action menu.
5. Tap the Share button
6. <ISSUE> "3gp format file" should not be a item in "Ringtones" in share menu. Because 3gp is video file not an audio file.

It can not be reproduced by the Video app. But, interesting fact is, it is possible to reproduce by the Gallery app. 

1. Open the Video app.
2. Select recently recorded video.(3gp file)
3. Tap on the share icon

Actual result:
# It will show 3 menu including "Ringtones"

Expected result:
# It should show only "Email" and "Bluetooth" menu and should not show "Ringtones" menu because .3gp is Video format not Audio Format.

We don't have a flatfish device. However I was able to reproduce this bug on a Flame with a master build ID 20141008170004 in Gallery app and NOT in Video app. But the issue is no longer present in latest builds on current branches.

This issue does NOT occur on Flame 2.2, Flame 2.1, and Flame 2.0.

Observed behavior: No option to share to Ringtone in Video app or Gallery app. The only options available are Email, Messages, and Bluetooth in both apps.

Verified fix on Nov. 6 master.
I am unable to reproduce this issue on the Gallery and Video apps.
