--- rmiddleton-- Thanks Sylvie, My understanding is the the intercom is the buildings, but it dials successfully to our number 604.3431897 and then drops the call after two seconds. It sounds very similar to the other dropped calls in the office and suspect it is the same issue. The building is pushing back saying it is doing what it is supposed to do and is working on all other floors as well. Not sure what the next step is. thanks,
