Description:
When watching a video on fullscreen, the video toolbar menu does not display on the TLC app

Setup Steps:
1) Flame device is set to 319mb

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20140922000332
2) Install TLC from the Marketplace
3) Open TLC > Play video
4) Tap the fullscreen icon > tap on the video


Actual:
video toolbar menu does not display

Expected:
video toolbar menu display

[Blocking Requested - why for this release]:

If the user is watching the video, they must lock the screen and then unlock the screen, or press the home button and then re-open the window in order to get out of full screen. This is bad user flow. This is also a regression.

Yes this seems to be the same bug. Marking as a dupe and removing nom, and regressionwindowwanted due to traction on bug 1071235
