+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1035333 +++ To release the translation experiment on these new locales, we should create one experiment for each, and: - define the experiment parameters - make sure all UI strings are localized on the current beta for these target locales - make sure the strings for the promotional doorhanger (bug 1072740) are localized - package the experiment and QA it on the staging server

Experiment templates for the es-ES and es-AR translation trial. I had to update the templating code to deal with the dash on the secrets file. I'll push together with this the built .xpis with the right keys. Also note that with this push, all other experiments (except translation) are finished and will be marked as finished & removed from the manifest file.
