The clearone is not initializing. Tried power-cycling multiple times. Comes up to flashing "Initializing..." but never proceeds beyond that.

Problem has been solved for the moment. Soap initiated a staged reboot of the clearone devices and they successfully initialized. This does happen with some frequency, however, so we are requesting additional diagnostics, etc, to determine the cause.
Aaron could someone from AVDG take a look at the logs.

This room is booked for service Tuesday Oct 7th so we can reproduce the issue Objectives 1) Figure out why we need to keep rebooting the clear one 2) Test a reboot with no Ethernet NIC plugged in to see if it clears the reboot
Please note we will be updating firmware on this clearone tomorrow to test for resolve of the reboot issue, thanks
Firmware for the ClearOnce equipment was upgraded by Jason of ADVG this morning. We will monitor for some time before closing bug. Jason recommended that if we have to reboot/power the ClearOnes that we unplug the network cable and not plug back in until the device has powered on completely.

Date: 10/7/14 Arrival Time: 9:30 Departure Time: 10:30 Contact: Mike Poessey Site Address: 2 Harrison St, San Francisco, CA 94105 Location(s): SFO-Espresso Problem(s) reported: DSP Issue Other Issue(s) found onsite: Updated DSP firmware to the latest and greatest. After installing new firmware the VH20 still had the issue of getting stuck on init. Found that if I pull the network cable out after a rebooting the unit then would power up and would work fine. Clearone said check the host name being too long and make sure DHCP is turned off. Actions Taken: Updated firmware, let the client know how to pull the cable out on them rebooting the DSP. Proposed Next Steps: None. Client to watch and advise.
Issue seems to be resolved. I have been monitoring this and the issue has not reappeared.
