Search engine preference in Search Activity doesn't have a default selection.

Any STR? Are you using a different locale?

I hadn't ever set the default search engine for the search activity, so STR is just - open search engine settings for Search Activity for the first time. No non-default locale.

Hm, on further investigation, this doesn't show up on any of the developer builds, just Nightly on my personal phone. Maybe we're not updating a pref or something?

If your profile is old and you've used the search activity in the past, this is probably the result of bug 1057629. We purposefully decided not to both migrating over old prefs, because this would only affect early adopter Nightly users.
