As a first step towards supporting tablet devices in the SUMO open web app, we should not scale the UI to fit larger screens. I imagine that changing css units to something not dependent on the screen size would do the trick.
Adding [Flatfish] in whiteboard so we can track this along with TCP.

Joshua, can you expand on what you mean? Why should the UI not scale with the screen size?

By "scale," I mean zoom. E.g. the header is huge (I would guess ~100px tall). This bug's goal is to assist in responsiveness by assuring that the interface is not just zoomed to fit the screen. In my example, the header should remain ~50px.

Yes, we are talking about the Offline SUMO app. This issue is no longer present in the app, so I am resolving the bug.
