User Story

As a product manager I want to know daily the number of direct calls initiated from the desktop client UI so that I know how the service gets used.  

An initiated call means:

Hmm, taking this back: "Call button clicked on the link clicker UI" is misleading here; what we really want is to know when a call is initiated, and in this case the server gets notified.

OK so we need to break down the report between "Initiated from the link clicker UI" and "Initiated from the dektop client UI" (direct call) as I'd like to understand the drop-off between number of people clicking URLs and getting in a call in the link clicking scenario. Do we have the data on the server to break down these 2 scenarios? "URLs call started" is already on the dashboard so should we keep this bug for "Number of direct calls initiated from the desktop client UI" only?
