Katie, the missing logs should be present in the 0.13.x line once it's deployed. (and earlier in dev) Let me know here if everything looks fine on your side. Once I get that feedback I'll close this bug

1071244 and 1071248 (reporting failure reasons and failures missing from the logs) look great (and we have a first pass in the dashboard). Looks like the uid/callid information on the logs in 1074468 will show up in production on Nov 16, I will check at that time.
