I'm trying to stand up a service that generates reports on the state of test manifests. I'd like to post a weekly report to a newsgroup from builder1.ateam.phx1, but the netflow is filtered:

$ nmap -p 119 news.mozilla.org
PORT    STATE    SERVICE
119/tcp filtered nntp

Could someone open this netflow for me?
