User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; rv:32.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/32.0 Build ID: 20140923175406 Steps to reproduce: In Responsive Design mode, the width of the rendered page can be changed by dragging a drag handle on the right hand side of the rendered page. However, this drag handle is centred vertically on the whole rendered page. This means that if the page is much taller than the window, the user has to scroll down to reach it.
