Steps to reproduce:
1. Open marketplace dev app on your FFOS device.
2. Tap on gear icon and then on sing in button.
Expected results:
The FxA accounts sign-in form is displayed.
Actual results:
The is prompted to log in with persona.
Notes/Issues:
Verified using dev app on FFOS 1.4 and 1.3 (Inari) and FFOS 2.1 (Flame)
In marketplace-dev.allizom.org on Win7 The user is promted to login using FxA.

This is reproducible for me on all envs: Ubuntu 14.04, Windows 7, and Android Emulator 4.4

This was caused because FxA accounts were behind a waffle flag on dev.
Closing as invalid.
