Steps to reproduce:

I created several patches for some good-first-bugs. In order for the code to get into the fix-team tree the patches have to be tested on one of the Mozilla's try-servers. Every time I submit a patch, the bug mentor had to submit it for a test. I suspect that some mentors find this annoying, but they never tell.


Actual results:

Mentors submitted patches for testing. See Bug 1031298, for example.


Expected results:

I could submit patches for testing on my own. I will refer to https://wiki.mozilla.org/ReleaseEngineering/TryServer for the instructions on how to do this. I plan to continue bugfixing for mozilla because its fun. Granting me L1 access might speed up the submission process and reduce the load on bug-mentors.
