TBPL's suggestion list had different icons for selected and unselected bugs. Treeherder should probably do the same.

Part of this could also be to have the select button toggle the suggested bug's 'selected' state, so clicking it once adds the bug to the pinboard, and clicking it again removes it.

This is low hanging fruit and would help UX a lot, but we currently have 17 P1s and this doesn't beat some of the others, do demoting for now.
