Hey Guillermo, Was notified there was an issue with this room yesterday on 10/1 when I was out. Room is still having the same issue: - unable to conduct a room search Usually when either rebooting the vidyo box or crestron unit, room search comes back up normally but this wasn't the case yesterday nor today. I believe ejung looked at this room yesterday as well. Let me know if you will be able to check this out or if you need me to do any further troubleshooting.

We are pushing forward with a software upgrade that Vidyo believes fixes this issue. Let's continue to reboot when we run into this until then. Please report reboots in the room checks list.

Vidyo box and crestron unit has been rebooted multiple times, room search is still unavailable for this room. I left a vidyo remote in here so folks can still use the room.

09:19:30 <@guillermo> hlangi it looks like giganta took the update but lost its remote configuration 09:19:40 <@guillermo> just fixed it please test room search again Had to reboot the crestron unit, room search is now working correctly.
