1078021 - Text-spacing spoiling site-layouts

The spacing for the Verdana-font (and others) is throwing off website-layouts.
For an example see URL and the images for comparisons.

After clearing "gfx.font_rendering.cleartype_params.force_gdi_classic_for_families", Firefox renders the site like the other browsers.

IE11, Chrome 39 and Opera 12 are looking fine.
