Vijay: what happens if you click the "The document has moved here" link? This looks like HTTP redirect bug 1055709 and not a problem specific to Google Hangouts.
Blocks: core-e10s, e10s-plugins
Depends on: 1055709

I tested this again with updated nightly and pop up doesn't show the same message. Instead, it asks me to login again after i click on the camera icon. Here are the steps to recreate this defect: 1. Log in to a gmail account when Firefox e10s is not enabled. 2. Go to preferences, enable e10s and restart. 3. I was logged in to gmail automatically. 4. Click on the camera icon and pop up will ask to login again (I was logged already in to gmail but it asked again). 5. Enter login details and click on login. 6. Log in will fail with message about cookies disabled. Added 2 new attachments above for steps 5 and 6.

Ok I tested this with "HTTPS every where" addon enabled and i can recreate the steps in my first comment. When i click on "The document has moved here" link, it will re-direct to login pop up in step 4 above. So its the same steps 4, 5 and 6 in above comment.

Do you happen to have third-party cookies disabled? Your login problem might be e10s bug 1049299. Do you still see the Hangout problem if you allow third-party cookies and disable all your addons? In particular, you should disable "HTTPS Everywhere" addon because it is broken with e10s.
Summary: [e10s]Google Hangouts plugin not working with E10S enabled, → [e10s] Google Hangouts plugin not working with E10S enabled

I don't know how to manually change the third-party cookies setting. I tried this again with all addons disabled. Pop up asks me to log in again and log in fails with message about cookies disabled.

Thanks for your help testing, Vijay. If you don't know how to change the third-party cookie setting, then they are probably enabled (the default setting) and you are probably seeing a different e10s bug. :)

This is generally working for me now except that I get prompted to allow these plugins like six different times while loading the video panel. This might be e10s related. Will test on another system.
