I always use the middle mouse button to open a link in a new window. BUt with
the advent of Tabs, I think a preference choosing the behavior
is in order.
Allow the user to choose if the middle mouse button opens in a New Window, or in
a New Tab.
Great work guys!
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put the mouse over a link.
2. Click the middle mouse button.
3. It opens the link in a New Window.
