When the user adds contacts to a message through the contacts list, the blinking cursor will fail to appear within the to field.  Note that the cursor will be present before the user adds the first contact, but will disappear after the first contact is added.
   
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20141008000201
2) Open the messages app.
3) Select the pencil to compose a new message.
4) Next press the plus symbol to add a contact from the contacts list.
5) Press the plus symbol again to add a second contact.
6) Notice the blinking cursor will fail to appear within the to field.
  
Actual:
The blinking cursor doesn't appear within the to field when adding contacts from the contacts list.
  
Expected: 
Blinking cursor should appear within the to field when adding contacts from the contact list.

Issue does occur on 2.2 flame kk (319mb) (full flash) and  2.0 flame kk (319) (full flash)

The blinking cursor doesn't appear within the to field when adding contacts from the contacts list.
