The current plan is to shut off the Win8 32bit tests and run 64bit on them instead. There will be no tests running on AWS.

Need to tweak things so the Win8 x64 builds/tests appear on the same line instead of spread all over the place.

This appears to do the trick. Looking at the Date branch, the Win64 builds now appear on the Windows 8 x64 line along with the win8_64 test jobs. Other branches still properly handle the Win8 x32 jobs.

Let me know if the regex work needs cleaning up, though :)

But yey for horrible consistency on the buildbot side:
WINNT 6.1 x86-64 date leak test build
Windows 7 32-bit date talos dromaeojs
win8_64 date debug test mochitest-4

I wish we'd stick to just one of each of:
* {"Windows", "win", "WINNT"}
* {"x86-64, "32-bit", "_64"}
* Win internal versions vs product name versions
