If we're enabling them by default in production, they should be part of an "all" run without extra fiddling needed.

That's buildbot's job, removing the "'try_by_default': False" like it did. The only part that's trychooser's job is removing the nondefault class so that if you do extra fiddling like checking the all box for platforms, and then unchecking one, win64 will still be checked, which bug 1088371 did.
