Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux i686; rv:35.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/35.0 Build ID: 20141004131347 Steps to reproduce: Synced Tabs are a current tab state and so it made sense to have them accessible via the tabs tray, however they've moved to the AwesomeScreen and now by default they're harder to get to. With six panels available for a Firefox with Sync set up, there needs to be a quick and easy way to get from the first tab to the last tab. An idea is that we allow for the tab strip to be scrolled independently but that still hides two tabs by default which isn't great for discoverability. Can we perhaps explore ideas like a FAB that would on pressing open up and give users the tab list? Another idea is converting the text to icons?
I've CC'd Lucasr because I know he worked on the UI redesign/refinements and I have no idea who to suck into bugs from the UX department.
