and assumed I had an r+ without nits/comments. My assumption then turned out to be wrong, and I found out approximately 10 seconds after my hg push.

Needinfo flag responses always include the comment, but it seems approval/review flag sets don't (always?); maybe because they come from the attachment/splinter page?

In any case, this isn't the first time, and it's pretty annoying.
