Bug 1070148 made it so the maintenance service binary is copied to the maintenance service directory on build systems during the test run. If the copy fails it throws on WinXP and Win7 but not Win8. This bug is to throw on Win8 as well after the build systems have granted write access to the account running the tests on Win8. Bug 1067756 will likely be the bug that grants the account write access on Win8.

According to bug 1067756 write access has been granted so it should be possible to fix this bug.
