Steps to reproduce:
 - Install the attached addon which ships a NPAPI plugin for Windows.
 - Enable e10s and restart Nightly
 - Open page: chrome://e10s_windowed_plugin_test/content/test.html

Expected result:
 - Plugin is loaded (attached non-e10s.png)

Actual result:
 - "A plugin is needed to display this content" is shown. (attached e10s.png)

only tested on Windows8.1

I tested on the latest Nightly, "A plugin is needed to display this content" message is gone, but the plugin is still not rendered, i think it's the problem of Bug 1096203.

I tried on the latest Nightly, it seems that it's been fixed, but the underline of the title on the tab of the page chrome://e10s_windowed_plugin_test/content/test.html is gone, does it mean we disable OOP when loading chrome page?

It means your about page isn't loading remote, which seems pretty bad. We'll revisit this in triage today, try to figure out what's left to do here.
