I repo-synced, and it appears that skia-gl is now the default renderer on gonk. That's cool but due to GL brokenness we can't use it. However, even without GL brokenness, the v3d and gememalloc devices are 0600 root.root, so app processes can't touch them. It's not really a great thing to do security-wise, but we can open them up to apps for rpi since we're all friends on there. We really want remoted GL.
May as well WONTFIX this along with rest of bugs related to this stack.
