Steps to reproduce:

Make or receive call

Flame, single sim, CricKet, v2.2 nightly, v1.80 KK base image


Actual results:

Call is most likely NOT logged in the call log.

Seemingly at random, calls WILL be logged.


Expected results:

Every call inbound/outbound/missed SHOULD be logged at all times.

I am not able to reproduce either by making or receiving a phone call on today's 2.0 with the v188 base image.
