Step to reproduce:

Go to Snapdeal.com
try to scroll down the website.

Result:
Its stuck and browser become unresponsive. sometimes its also getting unresponsive script message of http://i4.sdlcdn.com/js/omsd6s2/snapdeal/base.home.min.js:2

Swarnava: do you have any add-ons installed? Do you only see this problem when you have e10s enabled? Can you share your about:support page (with the "Copy to text to clipboard" button) in this bug? I am unable to reproduce on my machine.

So I tried disabling Adblock plus, and it worked. looks like there is having some incompatibility issue.

Hi tested this on Mac OS X 10.10 with Firefox DevEdition 46.0a2(2016-2-8) and I can't reproduce it. I will mark this WFM, feel free to reopen it if you still reproduce this issue with latest Firefox Nightly.
