I've been unable to reproduce this bug myself.

Also, looking through the relevant code for collecting windows / restoring them I'm not seeing anything obvious that would make us double restore a window.

Achwaq, could you provide me with more information about the bug:
- Is this still happening to you?
- Do you have any session related addons installed?
- How frequently does this occur?
- Are there two entries for the window in sessionstore.js before starting or is it double restoring a window (probably difficult to answer)?

actually this bug is no longer occurring at-least to me (on 3 different machines) so i think it's safe to label it as fixed now
