I tested it, after clean profile, preferences windows show options and works fine. Can be a problem in some Add-on?

It could be, you can use safe mode to know if that's the case. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode Anyway, if you want to start from a clean profile, use https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/reset-firefox-to-fix-most-problems to keep your private data.
I turned off/on every add-on, problem is Ghostery plugin. I post a problem to Ghostery support.
