Details

STR:

1.- Restart the phone with SIM pin and SHB enabled
2.- Unlock the phone

Expected

SIM pin dialog is displayed correctly

Actual

SHB overlays the dialog (https://bug1074123.bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=8498728)

It doesn't happen 100% of times.
Thanks for the bug report Alberto. The problem is that some of these dialogs use the layout manager to account for the SHB (rather than using css "bottom" property), and if that dialog is displayed when the lockscreen is on, layout manager treats the height as if SHB is disabled.

In any case, this is the same issue we were seeing in bug 1082071 and the fix there will fix this one. I checked :)
