User Story

The warn only sandbox possibly isn't actually what we want.
This bug is to add a pref to turn on Windows sandbox logging in the interception code, but without adding meaningful policy exceptions.
This will mean that this can be shipped past nightly and also work for other process types than content.

It will depend on the warn only sandbox code initially, but I'll probably remove that and tidy up in follow-up bug.

This landed as part of bug 928044. As well as the pref security.sandbox.windows.log you can also set the environment variable MOZ_WIN_SANDBOX_LOGGING=1.
