If I receive email with an HTML file attachment which contains <body bgcolor="000000"> then the whole message (including the plain text part) is displayed with that background colour.

Oops: Mozilla 0.9.5 Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; SunOS sun4u; en-US; rv:0.9.5) Gecko/20011025 I've also noticed that the attachment is not rendering with a black background in a mozilla window (sounds like another bug to report :-( ), but does get the black background when I email it to myself. To see this bug, view the attachment, then choose File/Send Page, and look at the resulting message received - I don't expect the text part to have a black background.
