I'm able to reproduce this on my flatfish device:
Build Number: 20150108
Build Identifier: 20150108020941
Git Commit Info: 2015-01-07 15:54:23 - 2a39e2f4
OS Version: 2.2.0.0-prerelease
This is present on any site that is not optimized for mobile devices. For example, https://github.com/mozilla/gecko-dev
With buildid 20150519172335 from yalam96 (3.0.0.0-prerelease), I don't have this issue any more.
https://yalam.co.uk/b2g/flatfish/
I close this as worksforme, but feel free to repoen if you still have the issue with a recent version

I don't think that it was fixed. Currently on same build 20150519172335 the only change is that scroll bars disappeared (completely?).
Mossroy, please open the bug from the attached screenshot and then check on yours if you will be moved to the last comment after tap on 'Last comment' link on the right-top side of the page.
Currently it looks like we have 'dead area' on the left and bottom side of scroll bars visible in the attached screenshot.
Flags: needinfo?(mossroy)
You're right : the "Last comment" link does not work on this page, and I see this issue on some other web pages too.
If I try to scroll down with my finger on the right of the screen, it seems to be stuck. It works properly if I scroll with my finger in the center of the screen
The "dead zone" seems to be only on the right (starting at around 75% of the width) : I did not notice any issue on the bottom side.
So I agree with you : there is an issue that I did not notice.
But I think it would be better to open a new bug on bugzilla : this one is talking about scrollbars (they disappeared), and not about a dead zone. I'm not sure it's the same issue
Flags: needinfo?(mossroy)
I think that it is same issue, because looks like scroll bars were border of 'dead zone'. The only difference is that you can't see them now. BTW this is an another issue that they disappeared completely when they should be visible on the edge of the screen during scrolling.
